Kokapelli Lab Supply was founded in January 2025 when Roy Vallie was awarded a Manufacturer’s Representative Agreement with Worthington Biochemical Corporation for the Four Corners states of Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. In June of that year Clay Huber was brought in to provide more localized coverage to the states of Arizona and New Mexico with Roy supporting Colorado and Utah.
